You wouldn’t take the bar exam without first going to law school and you shouldn’t open a coffee house without good advice and direction. Whether you’re starting from scratch or just need a little push for an existing location let our mistakes be your guide. We have a professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff that has experience in every aspect of the business from starting a coffee house or kiosk, roasting, cupping, barista training, to management skills such as ordering, hiring, and scheduling.

What separates us from other consulting business’ is the fact that we are both a roaster and retailer, so we understand and have first hand knowledge of what our customers are looking for. We also have over twelve years in the industry, and have played a role in helping to make the industry what it is today.

We are extremely active in the industry and volunteer out time to teach espresso labs, talk in seminars, host, judge, and compete in competitions. We also not only distribute equipment for many manufacturers, but are also certified technicians for many of them, giving us the insight to which machines really will hold up.

We are also certified technicians for many manufacturers including Bunn, Curtis, La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, and Rancilio. Our friendly team will professionally install and maintain your equipment.

Golden Cup Certification

  • The Golden Cup award recognizes excellence in brewed coffee. It is awarded annually to retailers and restaurants whose Specialty Coffee is properly ground and brewed. To be eligible for the award, the retailer must prepare its coffee according to the SCAA's precise brewing standards.

 

Menu Selection and Pricing

  • An avid associate in the coffee industry and retail stores of our own, let us help you figure out what will work best in your community and setting. When your customers want something new, we probably already have it.
